13. When the Tribunal orders a vote to be taken, it appoints a returning officer. The labour relations officer who orders a vote to be taken under paragraphs b and c of section 28 of the Labour Code (chapter C-27), acts as returning officer.
Voting is governed by sections 13 to 25.
